Certification EN 9100:2003 successfully completed
Offenburg. After intensive preparations and auditing by DNV (Det Norske Veritas) in July, EMS-provider Xenterio GmbH has now completed certification EN 9100 for the aerospace industry.
The certification EN 9100 is an international approved standard for quality management systems in design, development, production, assembly and maintenance. Based on the common QM-standard ISO 9001:2000 additional requirements of the aerospace industry are integrated.
Xenterio always emphasizes highest quality and optimal production conditions. This certification is a further important step to grant highest quality standards and at the same time to fulfil the stringent safety conditions of the aerospace industry.

Trade fair debut at „Forum de L’Électronique“ in Paris
Paris. This autum Xenterio attended for the first time at the french trade fair „Forum de L’Électronique“ in Paris. Between 6th and 8th October more than 8.000 visitors informed themselves about different areas of electronic.
Many trade visitors took the opportunity to learn more about the capabilities of Xenterio GmbH. Especially many questions about our New Product Introduction Service and the development of test strategies and –systems has shown Xenterio’s competitive advantages in comparison to other competitors.
We thank all visitors, who have made our successful trade fair debut in Paris possible and are looking forward to have further intensive contacts!

Recertification successfully concluded
ISO/TS 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008
Offenburg. Beside yearly periodical audits, there are also taking place recertification audits every three years, in which the effectiveness of the management system is checked by external auditors.
At the beginning of June the company’s management system has been inspected and the audit was successfully concluded. Therefore the certification has been confirmed for another three years.
Soon the company will also conclude certification of ISO 9100.
The EN 9100 is a special standard for Aviation and Space Industry , where beside the requirements of ISO 9001 further supplements and clarifications are included.
This step is a logical consequence of our daily work. Our know-how and our high quality standard will also bring us forward in this customer segment and at the same time support our further customers.

Xenterio at the Anga Cable 2009 from 26.-28.05.09
Successfull participation
Cologne. Also this year Xenterio attended successfully at the annual ANGA Cable, a trade fair for cable-, broadband and satellite in Cologne. This fair has been developing for many years to an international trade fair for RF and achieved another record in exhibitors and visitiors.
Main focus for Xenterio GmbH was to present the extensive possibilities of an EMS service provider with specialization in the field of RF up to 40 GHz close to France / Switzerland and Austria.
Interesting conversations have shown that the market is searching for a special service provider like Xenterio, as we i.a. offer:

FAT (Final Assembly und Test), as we have a bonded warehouse. Xenterio's first customer day on March 26th 2009
Offenburg. At the customer day on March 26th 2009 Xenterio GmbH demonstrated successfully that the company is well prepared for the future. For the first time in history Xenterio opened its doors for customers from Germany as well as for the neighbouring countries France and Switzerland.??
With the slogan “We are celebrating 45 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)” Xenterio offered its visitors an interesting day program: by factory tours, presentations and workshops they were given the opportunity to gain deep insight into the production and to get in very close contact with the Xenterio members. ?Xenterio’s major capabilities and high quality standards where shown by presentations about New Product Introduction (NPI) and about test systems.?
Sales Manager Maik Regenbrecht and his team presented the company’s history from ANT, Bosch, Marconi till Xenterio very comprehensible and colourful. Also the latest company newsletter “X-News” was handed out hot off the press.

Our successful presence at Trade Show i+e in Freiburg 2009 
Freiburg. Interesting contacts to regional companies could be established during the three days of the industrial Trade show in Freiburg. We recognized that especially local markets have a high potential for development. The brisk contact at our booth and the conversations have proven that the solutions which are offered by Xenterio are requested. Not only our capability to provide Engineering Services and to develop Test Systems but also our offered total lifecycle management were requested by our visitors.

Signals Bataillon at Xenterio Advanced radio link systems training for officers
The Signals Batailon 384 from Karlsruhe visited in these days Xenterio GmbH in Offenburg. Inducement was an advanced “radio link systems” training. Major of reserve Willibert Wilkens, product line manager at Xenterio, greeted the group. As a start, Wilkens and Joachim Bär, also product liner manager, gave an overview to the portfolio of the company, bevore the officers were invited to a round tour through the factory.
Up to now the Signals Batailon operates the radio link systems for the airforce. “With this training we would support the practical parts in the theory,” assured Lieutenant Colonel Artur Winkler. As parts of the airforce applied technics were build partly at Xenterio, the operators of such systems should get an impression, how this equipment is build. The group although got a lot of informations of the newest development in the market of transfer mode system and they could reactivate old contacts.
“Radio link system has still a big roll and has relived a renaissance,” as Joachim Bär mentioned. Furthermore transfer mode system are cost-effective and fast availiable.
After a collective lunch the servicemen left satisfied and with some new experiences the “birthplace” of their radio link systems.
The new SMT line was presented by the General Manager Dr. Kleineidam (left) and Sales Manager Mr. Regenbrecht.
