The concept (D) of Level 5 in the electronic manufacturing is to have a production order from our customers, but to deliver directly to their End-customer. We provide fully manufactured products and systems directly to the construction site. These products are build in a "lot size one" (One Piece Flow) and connected in the Plug & Play method.

Depending on the customer's wish, we create the desired measurement and inspection protocols. In Walk-in climate chambers we are doing temperature test at complete systems in the range of -40 ° to 100 ° Celsius.

Prior to the shipment we are building on customer request completely interconnected systems in the plant in order to simulate networks and to go through dedicated type approval with the authorities. Additionally we are performing trainings at these systems for customers.
